COACHING TRAINING
PEDAGOGY: COACHING TRAINING, OUR APPROACH IS SUPPORTED BY KEN WILBER'S INTEGRAL VISION.
KEN WILBER'S INTEGRAL APPROACH
Coaching Ways programs address the areas of application of coaching as part of Ken Wilber's "integral vision" that broadens the perspective in which an individual or company evolves.
This integrative approach is particularly adapted to the profoundly changing socio-economic situation.
This type of coaching training offers a more effective and complete methodology for getting to know each other better (self and others), working together in a mutually beneficial way, in line with each other's skills. This approach is fully consistent with coaching and allows us to develop everyone's potential to the fullest.
Our 23-day training course invites participants to integrate know-how (tools, theories, models) and interpersonal skills through a systemic vision articulated around the 4 fields recommended by Ken Wilber:
- The subjective individual human dimension: the "I", the interior
- The relational dimension, exchanges between individuals or groups of individuals: the "we", the inner collective
- The material, structural, tactical dimensions: the "it", the individual external
- The sociological dimension, relationships and networks in relation to an environment: the "them", the external collective
At Coaching Ways, coaching training is facilitated by the Lead Coach Lead Assessor who is present throughout the training. He is accompanied by the head trainer who works on a module from time to time. We prepare you to perceive and use the full range of resources available in any situation. This gives you the best chance of success in supporting your customers, your teams and your company/organization in achieving their objectives.
